Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 July 2026
By accessing or using meet.biz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
meet.biz is a free online tool that helps you compare times across multiple cities and time zones when planning meetings. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
2. Accuracy of information
Time conversions are calculated using the time zone database built into your web browser, including daylight saving rules. While this data is generally reliable, time zone rules change from time to time and errors are possible. The Service is provided for general convenience only. You are responsible for verifying times for any critical appointments, travel, legal deadlines or other important events.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its hosting infrastructure;
- scrape, frame or mirror the Service in a manner that misrepresents its source or ownership; or
- use automated means to generate abusive traffic to the Service.
4. Intellectual property
The design, text and code of the Service are owned by meet.biz or its licensors. You may share links to the Service freely (including links that encode your selected cities, date and time). You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of the Service without permission.
5. Advertising and third-party content
The Service displays advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for goods and services offered by advertisers. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about advertising cookies.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, meet.biz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including missed or mistimed meetings. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Changes to the Service and these terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time; the "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
